Contracting
Contracting staff bring with them experience gained from a diversity of projects and work experiences.
Furthermore, the cost of using contractors often proves to be lower than that of permanent staff due to the following benefits:
- Costs related to replacing people are eliminated;
- Training and development costs are removed;
- Possible retrenchment costs are eliminated; and
- Management, administration and labour costs are reduced.
BA Works can provide business analysts on a fixed-term contract basis.
Contracted personnel are available at all levels of skill and in all business analysis disciplines.
We are committed to ensuring the continuity of service should a particular contractor become unavailable and any contractor
changes will be managed and transistioned at BA Works's expense.
In many cases the person can be engaged as a permanent placement should you discover an ongoing need for his or her services.
Personnel support
Each contractor is assigned a manager to address any staff issues. These managers:
- help contractors deal with difficulty in the work place;
- improve the contribution each contractor is making;
- deal with issues that could divert the contractor attention away from his or her work; and
- take responsibility for contractor performance reviews.
This ensures that when the company deploys a contracted resource to a client site both the technical needs and the professional issues are addressed.
Personnel competence
BA Works are committed to developing people.
Contracted staff members are motivated to grow professionally as they are encouraged to make full use of the wide range of business analysis resources and courses that BA Works offer.
